About Us

Hi and Welcome!  I am Karen of Just Boys Bedding and I am the owner and sole proprietor of Just Boys Bedding. I got the idea to open this little on line shop after shopping for bedding for my grandsons.  There is so much to be found for little girls that is very cute and sweet, all pink and frilly, but not so much for the little guys.  I found it very difficult to find quality bedding for the tween boys.  After a few washings the bedding I purchased in some of the big box retail stores became faded and frayed.  These items would not make it through one child let alone considering using it for a second.  I am sure if I found it difficult to find stylish, yet tough, durable, yet fun boys bedding, so would others.   I hope you will shop with us for the fun style and practical functionality of the bedding we have to offer for your toddler, tween or teen boy.  Just Boys Bedding really is - Just for Boys!

Our Products - What's the Difference?

Quilts and Quilt Sets - To be sure you understand, quilts do not have a lot of fill.  They are made from high quality cotton materials sewn together with a slight bit of fill.  They are the perfect weight for summer.  If you live in a colder climate you will want to also use a extra blanket with your quilt for warmth.  Some quilt patterns come in a mini-set which includes the quilt and sham(s).  Some patterns the shams are purchased. separately.  Many of our patterns are fully accessorized to include coordinating sheets, window treatments and pillows.

Comforters and Comforter Sets - Comforters are distinquished from quilts by the amount of fill they contain and the stitching.  Typically, comforters have a great deal of polyester fiberfill in them to give them the cozy, fluffy look and feel.  Comforter sets typically include a comforter, bed skirt, and sham(s).  Comforters also tend to hold body temperature a bit better in colder weather.

Bedding Ensembles or Bed in A Bag - these are distinguished from comforter sets by the addition of the matching or coordinating sheets.  Typically, the "bed in a bag" includes the comforter, sham(s), bed skirt and sheets giving you everything you need to make your bed.  These are popular items in department stores and do make great gifts.

Duvet covers - Think of a duvet cover as a sack into which you are placing a comforter, new or used.  You then button (or sometimes zip) the open end and enjoy a wonderfully comfortable sleeping experience.  Duvet covers can be a great way to protect a white down comforter from getting soiled or recycle an older comforter for an instant update to your bedroom.  Duvet covers come in many colors and patterns.

I hope you will enjoy your shopping experience with Just Boys Bedding.  My goal is to offer you a quality shopping experience combined with my best, personal customer service.
