Shipping & Returns
US, Lower 48 Shipping cost - We offer free shipping to customers purchasing product over $100, (excludes shipping and any applicable sales tax) in the US, Lower 48 states only. Sales tax is charged only on orders shipping within the State of Florida. If your purchase is less than $100, there is a small flat rate shipping charge of $9.95. In any event, no matter how much or how little you order, your will never pay more than $9.95 in shipping. We do not charge a handling fee.
How Long Does it Take? - Once your order is received, we make every effort to see that is is processed quickly and efficiently. Shipping can be from 1-5 business days depending on the product ordered. If there is a different or longer time frame on a particular product it will be indicated in the product description. Your package will ship to you either UPS Ground or Fed Ex Ground, and, on occasion, USPS Priority mail. Once shipped, you will be notified with an e-mail that will include a tracking number. Your selection may ship directly from our store or from one of our distributors.
Alaska and Hawaii - Due to the distance involved in shipping to our friends in Alaska or Hawaii, shipping costs are quite high. Accordingly, shipping of bedding items to these states is a flat rate of $39.95.
International Shipping - At this time, Just Boys Bedding does not offer international shipping.
We want your shopping experience with Just Boys Bedding to be worry free, but we do ask that you follow these simple guidelines should you need to make a return. If you set up an account, you can sign in and find your order in the "Completed Orders" section. From there you can request a return. If you did not set up and account follow these instructions:
1. E-mail or call Just Boys Bedding at your earliest opportunity for a return authorization number. Returns must be received back within 30 days of receipt of your purchase. Our E-mail address is: email@example.com, or your may call us at 888-809-4992.
2. Items must be returned in unused, unwashed condition with care labels attached, in the original packaging. In other words,returned in resale condition. If any of these conditions is not true, we cannot accept the return.
3.Ship your return using a method that will provide you with a tracking number so you can follow up, if needed.
That's it! Easy as 1, 2, 3!
Refunds - If your purchase is returned directly to our store, the refund will process within 1-2 days of receipt, inspection and return to inventory. If returned to one of our suppliers, your refund will process just as soon as we have been notified the return has been taken back into inventory. As is customary, any shipping costs you may have paid are non-refundable. If you purchase qualified for "free shipping", the original cost of shipping the item to you is deducted from your refund. Please note return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.
Some products have a restocking fee when returned to the manufacturer. Such items include American Denim Comforter and Duvet bedding items, Realtree, Buckmark, Bone Collector, and Primary Color collections. The restock fee is 20% as charged by the mill. My World products by Pem America have a flat restock fee of $7.50.
