Payment - Payment is through a Major Credit Card or PayPal.  You may use all major credit cards through either of these payment methods, and our check out cart is secured by DigiCert. Special Note:  Your credit card statement may reflect a charge by Oak Ave E-Com or Just Boys Bedding. Sales tax is charged Florida residents at the rate of 6%.

Shipping - Once payment notification is received and verified, your order will be processed.  You will be notified when your purchase has shipped, and a tracking number will be provided.  Shipping is by UPS and your purchase will be shipped directly from the distributor.   UPS Ground is the only option available for shipping. We make every effort to see that your purchase is shipped in a timely manner.  If for some reason goods are on back order you will receive an e-mail on expected ship date or a refund will be given. 

Shipping to Canada - some of the bedding offered such as Jo Jo Designs and Le Vele duvet cover sets can be shipped to Canada.  Each product page will list the shipping that will be charged.  You, as the purchaser, are responsible for any additional duty and/or taxes that may be due upon receipt.  Please allow at least 15 days for shipping and clearance through Canadian Customs.  Bedding shipped outside the US cannot be returned.

Returns & Refunds - All sales are considered final unless buyer contacts Just Boys Bedding within 7 days of receipt of purchase.  We are certain you will be satisfied with your purchase but realize sometimes goods are damaged in transit or are not a good fit and must be returned.  If you wish to return your purchase contact Just Boys Bedding for return instructions.  Bedding must be returned in unused, unwashed condition in the original packaging.  Refunds will be made by method of purchase for the cost of of your purchase only.   Shipping and handling are non-refundable.  Restocking Fee may apply.  Please note:  No refunds will be given after 30 days of shipment for any reason.  For any "Free Shipping" items that are returned, you will be responsible for the actual cost of shipping to you.   In other words, your refund will be for all but what it cost to ship it to you less any restock fee, and you will be responsible for any costs incurred for shipping it back to Just Boys Bedding.

Special Refund Terms for LeVele USA Duvet Sets - Returns or order cancellations or refusals of delivery are subject to a $15.00 processing fee plus the actual shipping cost for the return item.  Important:  All returns must be in the original box and in unused condition.  A return number must be obtained in order to be received by LeVele USA and a refund processed.  Returns must be within 15 days from the shipping date.    Important - Please contact us within 2 busines days from the delivery date to obtain an authorization return number.   You will receive the return address with the RMA number for your return shipping.  Please ship by a method that will give you a tracking number and forward the tracking number to us so we will know when it has been received.  Do not wash the bedding as No refunds will be honored for used or washed bedding!

Special Refund Terms for JoJo's Designs Bedding:  If your purchase is received damaged contact us within 48 hours of receipt so we can notify the shipper and furnish you with a replacement item.  For "I changed by mind" purchases, or "not as expected", please contact us within 2 days of receipt of your purchase for return instructions.  Refunds are given only for bedding returned unused, unwashed and in the original packaging. Items returned in any other condition will not be eligible for a refund.  Shipping is non-refundable and a 20% restock charge will be deducted from any refund.


Privacy Policy - We respect each site visitor's right to personal privacy.  To that end, we collect and use information throughout our site only as disclosed here.  This statement applies solely to the Just Boys Bedding website.

    The information we collect is:

        * used to notify visitors about updates to our web site,
        * used by us to contact consumers for marketing purposes,
        * never shared with other organizations.

    This site does not collect cookies.

    Registration is not required to enter our site but is appreciated.

    We do have an order form.  The order form requires:
 
        * contact information, ie. name, email and shipping address, and 

        * certain financial information such as credit card number and expiration date.

    This information is used in order processing and in contacting  our customer with information as to that order.

    We do, from time to time, publish a newsletter but never sell or share our customers' email addresses.

    We do not operate online surveys.

    If there are changes to this privacy policy they will be posted here.

    Conflict Resolution - Just Boys Bedding is committed to your complete satisfaction but realizes from time to time, problems will occur.  We make every effort to resolve problems within 24-48 hours.  If our customers have a problem they may contact us by:
